My best friend is named Bryan and she always talks about how there is no one else named Bryan who is a girl.

I think she might have spelled it with an 'I'... as in Brian.
Reply:No. There's a reason girls aren't named Bryan. It's because Bryan is not a cute name for a girl. Some boy names make cute girl names, but Bryan is not one of them.
Reply:I've heard of Ryan as a girl's name but never Bryan. Most girls that I know of are either Brianna or Brianne.
